Our process

01: Discovery call

We’ll jump on a quick call to understand whether we’re a good fit for each other. This includes covering your key challenges as well as your budgets and timelines.

02: Contracts

If we click and you’re happy to proceed we’ll get contracts and invoices sorted out and then give you a clear timeline of the project.

03: Moodboard

Here build the visual language and style of the creatives. You share your references and direction you want to take and we create a moodboard

04: Plan

Based on the moodboard we plan the shoot accordingly: we firstly pin a potential date, book the studio or location, work on the model casting, book the rest the team such as stylist and hair and Make-up and agree delivery timing

05: Photoshoot

Here it’s where the magic happens! The team will be working on the creation of the images or videos. You can be on set participating or just be connected remotely for updates.

06: Editing & Delivery

The final images will be selected by you and the photographer and once approved will go for retouch. Depending on the project, approx 7 days later will be delivered and ready to be used for marketing

  • From planning a photoshoot, to executing it, editing, retouching and delivering the images, it takes a minimum of 10 days.
