Our team
There’s just the three of us, so you’ll get to work with us directly throughout your project.
Charlie (on the left) leads our production work, advising clients on collection development, suppliers and manufacturing.
Chris (centre) heads up our marketing work, helping our clients acquire customers and grow their brand.
Rinaldo (right) is our creative lead, running photo and video shoots for our clients, both in our dedicated studio and on location.
We all work together to make sure our decisions take into account the bigger picture for your brand.
Oh, and we all each run our own fashion brands so we know exactly what it’s like getting started!
Our process
We’ve been working in fashion for over a decade and to ensure our clients have the best chance of success we’ve collected all our knowledge and experience into a framework called FABRIC™.

We need to understand your business, your products, your processes and your customers in order to truly elevate your fashion brand.
To achieve this we run workshops which help to focus on your key challenges and pain points.

Once we have a good understanding of the challenges you face, we put together a strategic plan which will guide our work with you over the duration of the project.
This also helps set clear expectations, objectives and accountability.

The fun part! We'll get started on the core aspects of your project, whether developing a collection, shooting on location or running a marketing campaign.

Test and learn. That's the best way to make progress. Nobody knows what the magic formula for your brands success is, so it's our job to find it.
By analysing data and understanding the market reaction to your brand we will zero in on what's working the best.

We do our best work when you let us really get inside your brand and business. If you want to keep us at arms length and just work on small things then we’re not able to do our jobs effectively.

Our clients come to us for our experience and expertise, so you need to be able to trust our decisions and guidance. Part of our role is to help you make better decisions but, most importantly, to tell you when you’re making bad ones!
Honesty
We’ll always be open and transparent with our work and advice, and we hope you’ll do the same. We need to know exactly what you’re thinking and why - it helps us to understand your challenges thoroughly.
Pricing
We like to be transparent with our pricing so our clients understand what levels of investment are required to work with us. We’ve also included some information on how you can work with us, from 1-to-1 sessions to fixed-cost projects.

Monthly retainer
£500/m for 5 hours

If you have specific deliverables that fit nicely into a single project then we can scope that out with you and provide a detailed quote.
If you need to extend the scope mid-project then we will provide a quote for the additional work.

Our monthly retainer support is perfect for providing ongoing execution and guidance for your product development, marketing or both.
Our minimum contract length is 3 months. You don't lose any unused hours that you accrue. These simply roll over into the next month.
There are economies of scale for larger contract commitments which we are happy to discuss with you.

Our one-to-one sessions are ideal when you just need that little bit of expert guidance from time to time.
You can book in at your convenience and these sessions are paid in full up front.

01: Discovery call
We’ll jump on a quick call to understand whether we’re a good fit for each other. This includes covering your key challenges as well as your budgets and timelines.
02: Contracts
If we click and you’re happy to proceed we’ll get contracts and invoices sorted out and then give you a clear timeline of the project.
03: Kick-off call
This workshop is typically two hours long and we’ll dive into your business in detail, covering your products, audience, branding, marketing channels and more.
04: Strategy
We’ll put together a plan of action, covering the key parts of your fashion brand that will help to grow your revenue. This is unique to each client, but can cover anything from your website to influencers and paid advertising.
05: Execution
The fun part! We’ll get cracking with putting the plan into action. We can work with any of your current suppliers (such as a web agency), coach you to implement the plan yourself, or do everything for you.
06: Analysis
Modern marketing is all about finding effective ways to acquire new customers and encouraging people to buy more. This is achieved with a test-and-analyse approach to make sure this process is robust and risk-free as possible.
