01: Discovery call
We’ll jump on a quick call to understand whether we’re a good fit for each other. This includes covering your key challenges as well as your budgets and timelines.
02: Contracts
If we click and you’re happy to proceed we’ll get contracts and invoices sorted out and then give you a clear timeline of the project.
03: Kick-off call
This workshop is typically two hours long and we’ll dive into your business in detail, covering your products, audience, branding, marketing channels and more.
04: Strategy
We’ll put together a plan of action, covering the key parts of your fashion brand that will help to grow your revenue. This is unique to each client, but can cover anything from your website to influencers and paid advertising.
05: Execution
The fun part! We’ll get cracking with putting the plan into action. We can work with any of your current suppliers (such as a web agency), coach you to implement the plan yourself, or do everything for you.
06: Analysis
Modern marketing is all about finding effective ways to acquire new customers and encouraging people to buy more. This is achieved with a test-and-analyse approach to make sure this process is robust and risk-free as possible.

Our services are priced uniquely to each client, as each business has very different needs from another.
Here's some price ranges so you can understand whether your budget is suitable:Marketing Strategy £1,500

1-to-1 calls £150/hour
You will also need to factor in budget for advertising spend, such as Meta Ads, influencers, creative production (e.g. photography and videos) and any website updates.
For ad spend we recommend starting with £400/month per channel you want to explore.

Each business differs in how much work is required here, so the true answer is it depends.
Our clients typically see an increase in sales within the first month of working with us. This can be anywhere from 10-50% sales growth.Your results will vary depending on how much work is required. It's much easier to run a successful campaign with new, high-quality creative that points back to an optimised website.
If we have to work with an existing site and assets that aren't currently performing well then your results could potentially be limited. -
If you're just getting started then we can be up and running with your first sales campaign in a month or two, depending on what creative there is to work with.
For more established brands the work could vary between specific campaigns and strategy adjustments to a more extensive rework of core parts of your business.
Starting from scratch, a new campaign could take as little as two days to launch once all the creative is ready.
