We’ll invite you and your team to our FABRIC™ workshop. This is typically two hours long and we’ll dive into your business in detail, covering your products, audience, branding, marketing channels and more.

04: Further research

We’ll dive into more detail with your brand and business to understand exactly how FABRIC™ can help you grow and scale.

05: FABRIC™ output

We’ll create a document for you that outlines the core FABRIC™ plan for your business. We’re here to support the implementation of the FABRIC™ framework to drive your business growth.

FAQs

  • Our FABRIC™ workshop is totally free. After the workshop we'll produce a plan for your business growth and a proposal for the costs of delivering this.

    Our services are priced uniquely to each client, as each business has very different needs from another.

    Here's some price ranges so you can understand whether your budget is suitable:

    • Marketing Strategy £1,500

    • Delivery (running ads and campaigns) £400-£1,500/month

    • 1-to-1 calls £150/hour

    • Photography £1,500/day

    You will also need to factor in budget for advertising spend, such as Meta Ads, influencers, creative production (e.g. photography and videos) and any website updates.

    For ad spend we recommend starting with £400/month per channel you want to explore.

  • Our aim is to find ways to improve the three key methods of your business growth: acquiring new customers, increasing average transaction value and increasing lifetime value.

    Each business differs in how much work is required here, so the true answer is it depends.

    Our clients typically see an increase in sales within the first month of working with us. This can be anywhere from 10-50% sales growth.

    Your results will vary depending on how much work is required. It's much easier to run a successful campaign with new, high-quality creative that points back to an optimised website.

    If we have to work with an existing site and assets that aren't currently performing well then your results could potentially be limited.

  • If you're just getting started then we can be up and running with your first sales campaign in a month or two, depending on what creative there is to work with.

    For more established brands the work could vary between specific campaigns and strategy adjustments to a more extensive rework of core parts of your business.

    Starting from scratch, a new campaign could take as little as two days to launch once all the creative is ready.

  • This is exactly why we offer a totally FREE 30 minute discovery call. The aim of this call is to see if we're a good fit for each other.

    Our most successful clients typically have the following budgets:

    • Ad spend: £500/month

    • Marketing support: £500/month

    • Photography: £2,000 per campaign

    • Influencers (UGC video): £500/month

    • Total: £1,500/month + £2K per campaign for photography

    If you can't make this level of investment then it's unlikely we're going to be able to support your brand.

    Marketing is an investment, just like money spent on quality materials and manufacturing.

    Our aim is to find profitable marketing channels for you that can be scaled up, so that you're covering your own marketing costs and generating additional revenue on top while still acquiring new customers.

    Basically, we aim to pay for ourselves fairly quickly as your brand grows!
